What Drives Us

University Communications and Marketing (UComm) plays a vital role in driving NC State forward. Our goal is to be the most effective strategic communications and marketing team in the Triangle region and among all U.S. public universities.

As NC State’s central, in-house creative agency, UComm provides the campus community with professional communications strategy and services to ensure successful, on-brand, targeted, collaborative communications that help NC State achieve its mission.

Working with colleges and units, UComm leads and supports NC State’s communications focus across a variety of functions, including consulting, comprehensive planning, public and media relations, marketing, web communications, social media, internal and constituent communications, crisis communications, publications and graphic design.
