Payment, billing, budgeting, and tracking and allocating resources are part of this team’s core responsibilities.
Associate Vice Chancellor for University Communications and Marketing
Serves as the university’s chief communications officer and leads the University Communications and Marketing team, which includes Marketing Communications, University Relations, University Special Events, Development Communications and Stewardship, and Administration.
Serves as the departmental operations manager. Oversees human resources, finance and facilities functions for University Communications and Marketing.
Serves as administrative assistant to the associate vice chancellor and as travel coordinator for University Communications and Marketing. Manages financial transactions for the executive suite and University Special Events.
Administrative Support Specialist
Serves as the departmental bookkeeper and manages all financial transactions for University Communications and Marketing.
Administrative Secretary II
Serves as administrative assistant to the operations manager and is responsible for facilities and human resources processes and procedures.
