Marketing Communications

The Marketing Communications team brings together experts in all the communication disciplines: strategists, project coordinators, videographers, photographers, designers, writers and developers. We build campaigns that bridge the digital and the physical — and show the world what “Think and Do” means.

Creative Services

Creative Services executes strategic and creative development of marketing communications that support NC State University and its many units. This group also maintains the university’s brand and style guidelines. Creative Services works with the other University Communications teams to provide campus peers with integrated communication solutions that include creation and consultation on Web and digital communications, writing, editing and proofreading, marketing strategy, design, video and photography.

Marketing

Marketing leads development and execution of NC State’s brand strategy. Working with Web Communications and Creative Services, we create mass-market campaigns that merge television, radio, print and Web outlets; targeted efforts that influence key NC State audiences; and joint projects with campus partners that raise the profile of NC State units and the university itself.

Web Communications

Web Communications provides leadership and strategic direction for NC State’s overall Web presence and online communications. We operate the university’s homepage, second-level pages and various elements of the university’s core website, in addition to several other sites that support the university’s strategic marketing and communication goals. Web Communications also provides assistance, support, coordination and strategic consultation for online communications throughout the university.
