Social Media
We’ve constructed one of the most robust centers for social media strategy in all of higher education.
Social Intelligence
Social media experts across campus come together in NC State’s Social Media Strategy Hub: a collaborative, analytically driven workspace — housed in University Communications and Marketing — where good ideas compound and great social content thrives.
We thoughtfully leverage social platforms to strengthen NC State’s brand and tell the Wolfpack’s stories, we maintain the university’s official social media accounts, and we empower units across campus to run their own channels more effectively.

How the Hub Works
The Social Media Strategy Hub is engineered for innovation, uniting highly skilled specialists from units across the university to connect and collaborate under one roof.
We foster productive partnerships with clients ranging from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences to Undergraduate Admissions to cultivate a campuswide network of social media expertise.
When our specialists join forces in the Hub, they solve problems together and create dynamic social content to meet the business goals of their respective units.
