Documentation Site User Discussions
Improving our documentation one conversation at a time
Are you a frequent user of our documentation site?
Do you have ideas or feedback on how we can make it even better? We’d love to hear from you! Join us for a user discussion session happening throughout next month.
We’re looking to better understand what’s working well—and where we can improve. From April 25th to May 30th, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule a 30-minute chat with a member of our team. Your insights will help shape the future of the site, and we truly value your input.
Details
- Where: Google Meet (link provided through registration).
- Date: Monday, Wednesday & Fridays through May 30th.
- Time: Sessions are in 30 minute blocks, offered between 10 AM and 2:30 PM.
- Note: sessions may not take the entire 30 minutes. This window ensures we have plenty of time to address all questions and concerns you may have.
- With whom will you meet?: You will meet with McLean Lucas, an Implementation Developer on the UCOMM web team.
- What will be discussed?: The first half of our meeting will be a general survey followed by open Q&A. It is not mandatory, but I encourage you to read through the survey questions before our meeting. The open Q&A is your chance to ask questions, raise concerns and provide any other feedback or suggestions.
