Sticky Form

This block is only featured in the Landing Page Builder.

Use Cases

Visible to users on mobile devices only, the Sticky Form allows you to add an expandable form to your landing page that stays on the screen as your users scroll.

This functionality is ideal for maintaining user engagement by providing easy access to forms without interrupting the content browsing experience. It can be useful for collecting lead generation information, newsletter sign-ups. Maintaining consistent visible of the call-to-action (CTA) aids in maximizing conversion rates.

Add a Sticky Form

The Sticky Form block works with Gravity Forms. To use a Sticky Form, first create a form using Gravity Forms. Refer to Gravity Forms documentation for help with this process.

For an optimal conversion rate, keep your form limited to as few form fields as possible.

Once you have created a form in Gravity Forms, navigate to Sticky Forms in your WordPress dashboard, click “Add New Sticky Form.” Give your Sticky Form a title. The title will not be visible to end users. Give your Sticky Form a CTA such as “Learn more,” and optional teaser text. The CTA will display as the title of the Sticky Form both in the expanded and minimized state. The teaser text will display below the title but above the embedded form itself when the Sticky Form is in the expanded state.

Once you’ve created a Sticky Form, it can be added to multiple pages. To add your Sticky Form to a page, in the Page Editor first expand the right sidebar. In the right sidebar, navigate to the “Page” tab. Under the Page table, navigate to the Sticky Objects section. Choose a background color from the dropdown list for your Sticky Form. Reynolds Red is the default. Then, select the Sticky Form you have just created. Once you update the page, the Sticky Form will be visible to users on mobile devices.
